Ms. Mercy Epao, Joint Secretary, Ministry of MSME, Government of India, made a detailed presentation on the National SC-ST Hub scheme. She emphasized that CPSEs should work out action plan to achieve all mandatory targets for the financial year 2025–26. She highlighted that Management of CPSEs should take appropriate action to achieve annual target of 25% procurement from MSEs along with 4% from SC/ST MSEs and 3% from women owned MSEs. She also presented a roadmap to realize the vision of continued support for SC/ST and women entrepreneurs through various schemes. Additionally, she highlighted the ongoing efforts of Government to engage women entrepreneurs through multiple initiatives aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat.
